Mr. Speer graduated from the University of Montana with a B.A. in Sociology. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor law degree from William & Mary Law School. While in law school, Mr. Speer was a Graduate Research Fellow, worked for the William & Mary Innocence Project Clinic, and was a member of the Bill of Rights Journal.
Prior to joining Latham & Martin Accident and Injury Attorney, Mr. Speer practiced at several mid-sized Richmond personal injury law firms, where he exclusively represented accident victims in Richmond, Petersburg, and surrounding communities.
He is licensed to practice in all Virginia courts, the Eastern and Western District Courts of Virginia.
Eric Speer is an attorney at Latham & Martin Accident and Injury Attorneys, where he focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, including automobile accidents, product liability, and premises liability in Richmond and surrounding communities, including Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield, Petersburg, Hopewell, and Colonial Heights.
Eric was born in Alaska and grew up in Montana. He currently lives in Chesterfield County with his wife and son. When not in the office, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
