Mr. Latham graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.A. in Political Science. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor law degree from Regent University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Latham served as Social Action Chair for the Black Law Students Association. Prior to law school, Mr. Latham taught high school students in the Henrico County School System and Goochland County School System.
Prior to forming Latham & Martin, Mr. Latham practiced at a mid-size Richmond personal injury law firm, where he exclusively represented accident victims in Richmond, Petersburg, and surrounding communities.
He is licensed to practice in all Virginia courts and the Eastern District Court of Virginia.
Wiley J. Latham IV is a founding partner of Latham & Martin, where he focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, including automobile accidents, product liability, and premises liability in Richmond and surrounding communities, including Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield, Petersburg, Hopewell, and Colonial Heights.
Mr. Latham is a proud Richmond native. He currently lives in Henrico County with his wife and two children. When not in the office, Mr. Latham’s favorite pastimes include having fun with his family and watching sports.
