Police Chase Ends in Crash in Henrico, Leaving Officer and Suspect Injured

A police chase across Henrico County ended in a crash on Thursday night, injuring both an officer and one of the suspects. The pursuit began just after 8 p.m. on January 9, when officers with the Henrico County Police Division were dispatched to the 3400 block of Pump Road to investigate a reported larceny.

This prompted officers to initiate a pursuit for several miles before the suspect vehicle crashed on Laburnum Avenue near Havie Road.
